This form acts as a contract for those booking with Imiicie Photography. This form outlines payment, rights, and usage of all images and is set up to protect both parties in the arrangement. At the end of the form there will be an option to receive a copy of your completed form to you email. It is encouraged that you do receive a copy of the form for your own records. 

For any special rates worked out between Imiicie and the model, it must be noted additional information.

Exceptions to any Rights and Rules must be discussed prior to shoot and payment. Rights and Rules are subject to change at any time, notice is not required.

This form is only provided to those who have set up a booking with Imiicie Photography. Do not share this form with anyone.

Images will be compressed into a ZIP file and then emailed to your provided email address, so make sure that you choose an email that you check regularly. All images will be provided within 30 days of the shoot and must be downloaded within 14 days of photo delivery.

Please provide an email for your shoot, it is recommended that you use an email that you receive notifications for or check regularly. This email will be used for the following.

• sending a PayPal invoice

• sending an email prior to the convention

• sending photos upon completion

For bookings with multiple models, only one model is in charge of the booking. The model in charge will be responsible for payment and contact with Imiicie Photography. The model in charge also must also gather the usernames of all other models below as their form of consent.

For additional people there is an add on cost associated. 

If this is a large group of 5+ and you do not yet know of everyone attending, please fill out as much as you can. It is alright if this changes before the shoot, this is just to help me get an idea of what to expect.

I understand that 50% of payment is due as a deposit and that this is non-refundable. Any add ons agreed upon prior to booking are included in the total cost and therefore the deposit. 

I understand that I will be sent a PayPal invoice to the email I have provided, and the invoice will be created using the options I select on this page. The deposit, 50% of the total invoice (minimum payment) is due within 24 hours of receiving the PayPal invoice and I will finish paying the invoice in full by _ or the shoot will be canceled.

In the event that the convention cancels then you will be contacted to discuss options.

If you have booked a special group rate then be sure to select the option below and note what deal we have agreed upon at the end when asked if there is an additional information you would like to provide.

All models for boudoir/NSFW shoots must be 18+ and will be required to provide legal proof of age via  a valid and legal form of photo ID (license, state ID, or passport). If the model refuses to or cannot provide legal and valid proof of age or if Imiicie suspects that the model is not over 18 and is using a falsified form of identification, Imiicie will cancel the booking and not refund any payment made. For NSFW shoots, location must be provided by the model. The location cannot be a public location.

Cropping of the provided images is not permitted unless the image is a duplicate in an Instagram carousel post where the image has or will be shown in-full. The only exception to this being if the model is using the image in a collage.

Small edits are permitted on all images, examples include eye color and skin blemish removal. Major edits are not permitted on edited images, but are permitted on all unedited files. 

All pictures provided come with full Patreon and social media usage rights.

For profit for print rights are reserved by Imiicie Photography until purchased by the model.

Imiicie reserves all rights to post any and all photos taken during a shoot to her social media. Likewise, the model reserves all rights to post any and all photo provided by Imiicie taken during the shoot to their social media.

Imiicie reserves all rights to submit images to any publications such as magazines or online sites for exposure. Models will be credited. Similarly, the model can also submit for publication if credit is provided, though if paid then Imiicie reserves the right to charge model for a print rate.
